Job Description:
Due to the growth of our business, Aline International LLC is in demand for the professional services of a Senior Project Engineer. The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for the following duties:
- Apply knowledge of engineering and analytical methods to the evaluation, design, operation, adjustment of assembly and packaging line and automatic rail table saws;
- Monitor mechanical aspects, including the selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, machine performance optimization, and operation;
- Search and analyze data and automation process information for manufacturing cabinet products;
- Evaluate mechanical designs to meet quality requirements and federal standards, and conduct integrated change control within the project;
- Maintenance and repair of mechanical assembling line, semi-automatic packaging line, and small semi-automatic spray paint lines to ensure that machines are installed and functioning according to specifications;
- Interpret and review machine manuals, schematics, and reports of the dynamic behavior of cabinet-cutting machines and table saw;
- Lead team to work in multiple modalities that are critical to furniture (i.e., wood, metal, fiberboard);
- Confer with engineers to implement the specific painting operating procedures and design the workshop layout;
- Communicate with vendors about personalized customization and purchase of equipment;
- Follow up with the clients and provide technical support.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related majors;
- 6 months experience in Mechanical Projects Engineering work;
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, MATLAB, and SolidWorks;
- Extensive knowledge on manufacturing design, protection, automation, and control;
- Ability to deal effectively with co-workers, clients and outside consultants and vendors.
